At SeouLab we want you to feel completely confident shopping with us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products, so you can try what works best for your skin without any risk.

If within 30 days of receiving your order you decide a product is not right for you, just let us know at info@seoulabskin.com or through the contact form on our website. You do not need to send the product back unopened and you do not need to give a detailed reason. Skincare is personal and not every product works for every skin, which is exactly why we offer this guarantee.

Once you let us know, we will send you return instructions within two business days. After we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price using your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof that you have sent it back.

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, you do not need to wait for the 30 day window at all. Just reach out to us right away and we will sort it out quickly, covering the return shipping costs ourselves.
